Need BER assessor in Cork City - recommendations?

Need to get a BER certificate in the next couple of weeks. Can anyone recommend an assessor south of Cork City?

Have used Siobhan Carmody - 0877512413 recently. Found her price very reasonable & was also helpful in making recommendations to us to make a better rating...

Out of hours wasn't an issue... Have recommended her to a number of people & all had good things to say.
