friend purchased appartment in bulgaria.
However its delay after delay after delay.
the appartment was supposed to be finishes 31st aug 08 and now it seems at least oct 09 The contract states that the buyer has a right to declare the contract void in the event of non preformance after a 180 delay period..at this point it will be late by closer 400 days! a full refund is payable by the seller including interest!
Approx 20k payed
question is how best to excersise this ,what solicitor to employ,and is it the seller uk company or the develepor on the comples that would be followed to make good..
