Need a recommendation for someone to lay solid wooden floors

I urgently need a good carpenter to lay solid wooden floors in Bray - can anyone give me a reference.

Also, could anyone shed some light on the cost of labour for the same task. I have heard between 24 and 44 euros per sq yard???

Barry Swift on 0872509060 did our floors.... can't remember exactly how much he was but I would recommend his team. Turned up on time and came back to finish off after we ran out of skirting.

He did a fabulous job on our floor (solid oak). He comes recommended by woodworkers in Terenure and the guy in brooks knew of him as well. He charged us 1500, but that included knocking down the fireplace, removing concrete from the old floor underneath, evening the floor out and applying a sealant. He made the impossible possible and he was very quick, reliable and on time. He's based in Wexford but had no problem coming up to Dublin. Can defo recommend him.
