NCT test a better approaches

I wonder whats the chicken and egg here. I'm guessing that a lot of new drivers, buy cheap cars to start out on. Older cars are usually the cheapest ones. Also how many of these collisions were caused by NCT failure items? Because its mainly driver error, then its got nothing to do with the age of the car.

+1, which is why testing 10 yeard old cars once a year is load a of rubbish. Lets give all young male drivers a 2010 car to eliminate road deaths !

Maybe drivers under/over a certain age should be tested every year on their driving skills

Mind you if there don't enforce drivers on the road, there zero point anyway.
