nct booked -what if stopped

nct booked for may17th,trying to get earlier but no luck,can i drive car,as long as i have insurance and tax,will i be ok with nct booking letter?

In all reasonable circumstances you should be okay.

[The only unreasonable circumstance I can think of is if you meet a guard who is having a bad day, but even then I think you would be okay anyway, other than getting a little bit of verbal grief.]

Keep your letter confirming your appointment in your car so if you do get stopped you can show the Garda you have an appointment soon.

Yeh, am with Cooper7 on this. Have the details in the car and you should be set. Like the other guy said, if they are having a bad day they will screw you!
