NCPS - Quality of Service Provided

Has anyone employed NCPS to enforce controlled parking in their estate?

Have you encounted problems such as patrols not actually happening and excessive response times to call outs?

We've contracted them in our estate and I'm very disappointed with the level of service provided...

We had them for 2-3 years and dropped them in favour of APCOA. They didn't patrol as regularly as we would have liked, their response times for a declamp were very poor and they weren't cheap.

APCOA gave us a free contract (we had to pay for the new signage) and seem to be much better so far. They're still not brilliant (they can be downright inconsistent at times) but they're better.
