Nano-technology for car paint

Is nano-technology (clearcoating) already available in ireland (dublin would be best for me)?

i hear that in germany some garages clearcoat your car for around eur 200. the coat last for a year. you are quite protected from scratches and also dirt comes of very easily.

140 degrees celcius !!!!!!!
No regular spraybooth oven will achieve this temp
That temp will deform plastics, CPU damage, etc.

Only suitable for a car shell
