I've insured my better-halves' car for the last number of years with her as a named driver on each of the cars, thanks to a generous discount from my employer.
This ceased as I changed job last year.
My better-halves No Claim Years is stated as being 5 years; I think it is longer though - about 9 years in fact, since she made a claim. The 5 years may be since she (and her car) was added to my policy.
My letter is also stated as being 5 years. I can’t recall any claim apart from windscreen for 7-8 years (I think).
Any advice on next steps?
*both letters in our individual names stated No Claim Years as being 5 years, and both state two pay-outs on the policy (my policy number) for Windscreen repairs last year also.
