Name Change

Anyone out there ever change their name??

I was christened one thing but have never been called it, I'm just wondering is there alot of hassle if I do change it, my passport driving licence and mortgage use the name I was christened with but everything else is in my other name.

I'm just about to get my passport renewed and just want to know is it worth the hassle!!
