NAMA Deffered Payment Scheme Mortgage

Hey

Just wondering if anyone here has applied for a mortgage on one of the houses under the NAMA Deffered Payment Scheme?

Myself and my partner put in a application last week for one of the houses with EBS and I was wondering if anyone knew the turn around time on the decision?

Given the time frame I would imaging anyone who has applied is in the same boat as you, waiting to hear back.

I would be very interested to know the turn around time, I'm interested in the scheme too but yet to find the right place.
