A definite no it is not worth a visit, having gone the last 2 years I would safely say stay away. The garden center is OK but you will be hard pressed to get a bargain, maybe on the Sunday evening. The main hall is not going to be of much use for you when you are looking for practical advice for redecorating a home. You time would be better spent on the Net looking for advice on the different projects you are going to do.
