My download of K9 Web Protection won't let PC reboot

I downloaded K9 Web Protection

and it installed very simply.

When I rebooted the PC as required it just wouldn't. I had to reboot in safe mode and delete it. Once deleted the PC reboots as normal.

I tried a fresh download again and again the same problem the PC won't reboot.

I now tried a few times and the PC reboots fine with the K9 deleted but if it's installed the PC won't reboot!

Anyone had this problem?
 
I also have Comodo installed and apparently there's a conflict between K9 and Comodo;
