Must all companies in Ireland including American Multinationals pay their employees the National Wage Agreement?

No, they and their employees will be busy paying for it for the public and semi state sectors so they won't be able to pay for it twice

That depends on that your whole package is worth. I can’t understand why some people are so attracted to compulsory pension contributions as part of their remuneration package. By all means employers should actively encourage their employees to join their pension scheme but the total value of the package is what matters. So to be clear, your employer doesn’t contribute to your pension fund, they pay you and part of what they pay you is paid into your pension fund. Some people make it sound like their employer is doing them a favour by making some sort of discretionary payment into their pension.

As for the national wage agreement, just wait for the increase in local authority service charges and other indirect taxes to pay for it all. An increase in direct taxes would be more visible and equitable.
