Registered User Messages 54 1 Jun 2024 #2 According to https://www.lawsociety.ie/gazette/in-depth/limited-liability-partnerships-insight, LLPs are governed by the Partnership Act 1890 and from a quick perusal of it (https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/1890/act/39/enacted/en/print.html), it does not seem to be the case that a documented Partnership Agreement is required.
