recently got a pressie of an MP3 player. Have only downloaded 1 song from a bands site where I paid about €1.
When I went to look for other music through Google I got plenty of free sites coming up.
I'm not averse to paying some nominal sums for a song, or a few quid for an album - & I dont think its worth being on the wrong side of the law for the sake of a few pence, so which are the best "legit" sites to use or is there any risk or moral issue with using free sites?
I did hear, in passing, all the hoopla about Napster a few years back but it didnt mean much to me at the time - though were there a few Dads billed for 000's on account of their kids doing some serious downloading?
