Muscle building at home

I've been given a barbell and two dumbbells and want to use them at home.

I had intended to do bodyweight training only but having the weights now can do a mixture of both.

Couple of questions:

Can anyone recommend a relevant app to use?
Do I need to get a bench?

I don’t think so. During lockdown, I made do with dumbbells and was able to do things like squats, Romanian deadlifts, benchpress, lunges, bicep curls, and tricep curls. I didn’t miss the bench too much.

How did you do the benchpress without a bench?
Also, which app/guide did you follow?
