multi-trip annual insurance

my annual insurance is up for renewal soon and i'm going on holiday next week. we are bringing our niece/nephew with us, can we include them on family insurance? will call tomorrow but just checking if anyone has been in this situation before. opted out of the ryanair travel insurance bacause i always insure with getcover.ie/multitrip.com or the like

Ring the insurer and see what they offer?

justcover and getcover seem to just do family, however i was on the 123.ie site and they do cover for related group. this is probably what i'll end up doing after i ring up existing provider tomorrow
