In today's Sunday Business Post on Page 1 of the "Markets" section, they advertise an apartment development in Manchester as having "Super Capital Growth Assured" (my emphasis). My dictionary defines "assured" in this sense as meaning "guaranteed". Quite how anyone can guarantee capital appreciation on a residential property investment is beyond me, but no doubt Muldowney's can stand over their claim . . .
