Hi, can you please help, got a new mulberry stoker 2 days ago. The glass has just cracked up the middle. Anyone had this problem with stove or know why this has happened. Thanks
I contacted Mulberry via email last night sent photos etc. They rung me at 9.30am this morning and said that they would send me out a replacement glass. They think that the screws that held in the glass was too tight. Great Customer Service from Mulberry!! Hopefully I get it soon.
Good to know that the glass is covered for 2 years as I would imagine it to be very expensive to replace. Thanks very much
We had our mulberry yeats in only a weekish and and from then screws on the bottom seem to open themselves, leading to pane of glass slipping a few times down but luckily never broke. Must look into this as screws are holding bits of metal which hold in glass. Have to tighten them every so often.
