I'm looking for a good way of getting an MP3 player to connect to my stereo in a Mazda 3.
I've been advised to consider trying an after market kit to add the extra functions to the stock stereo or to change the head unit for a new unit that has the functions I want.
The mods I've been suggested to look into are as follows:

If I change the head unit I was thinking of getting a Pioneer DEH-P7100 BT.
Has anyone used any of these solutions, and if so have they any comments?
