moving manholes/drains

hi i recently moved into a old terraced house where a kitchen extension was built on at the back with out first moving the manholes (two manholes in kitchen) and re-routing the drains. my bil said it is quite a simple job to re- route them outside and fill in man-holes. my question is would it be a plumber who does this or a drain contractor and what is it likely to cost me? thanks any replies would be much appreciated.

you would need a builder to come and do the job. based on the description given I would say €5-10K
