moving house contents to Ireland from Oz

Hi there, we will be moving some house contents Oz (Melbourne) to Ireland. Any suggestions on a removal company? any other means? It won't be a huge amount mainly some pieces of woodworking tools of sentimental value so smallish volume but heavy and a chair or two. Thanks.

You should conact local companies in Melbourne who do international shipping, not necessarily household removals.

You should be able to get your items crated and sent as part of a container load to Ireland. You may have to collect yourself or have a courier do it for you at Dublin Port, but it's certainly the cheapest way to do it. You will only be charged for the cubic space in the container and not the weight.
