moving from ja to jb?

hi i was wondering if there is anyway to move from ja back to jb as i have enough stamps worked to qualify for jb this year

Yes. Ask SW to check out that you qualify on your 2008 record from Jan 2010. They should have automatically done this but perhaps it was overlooked due to pressure on office/inexperienced staff.
