Moving from EBS to AIB or DUBCO Credit Union?

I am currently with EBS for my current account. Pretty basic but free. I prefer to move from EBS to either AIB or DUBCO to lodge my salary and do day to day banking. I heard that EBS is going to close its current account business and all its customers would be moved to AIB. Shall I wait for this or shall I go now directly with AIB or DUBCO? I currently have a savings account with DUBCO into which I send 100 euro every fortnightly. Do DUBCO has all the features of AIB?
