I plan to move abroad in the coming months. I understand that it may be possible to get some tax back. However I don't know the ins and outs of it and cannot find anything on Revenue.ie that really explains how it works. They just say to fill out a form etc. However what I would like to know is how to calculate what I might be due as this may influence my decision as when to go and when to leave work. Can anyone explain this in more detail and/or outline how to calculate it? Thanks.
