moving a radiator - difficult?

I want to partition a room in my house but it means moving a double radiator. The floor is concrete, carpetted with copper piping to the rad.

Is it difficult, time-consuming and hence expensive to get this done (by a plumber of course not me!)?

the plumbing bit is very easy. the hard and very messy part is kangoing up the floor to reroute the pipes. im not sure if it is something a plumber would do, more likely a general builders kind of thing
