There's a quote that keeps running (partly) through my mind, but I can't seem to track it down. I was wondering if anyone could remember the details.
I thought it was from The Hudsucker Proxy, but a few weeks back I read through the script (online somewhere) and it didn't appear in it. It also might have been from one of the Spiderman movies, but I can't be sure.
It goes something like this - "Profits are down, dividends are way down, stock is down, we're alllllllllllllll right"
My memory from The Hudsucker Proxy was that this was when the board wanted the company to perform poorly so they could snap it up.
Does this ring any bells ?
