Moved money from one account to another, money now in both accounts?

Two weeks ago I transferred some money from my BOI current account to my Rabo savings account. My BOI account was deducted the money but the very next day the money was back in my BOI account. Strangely, the money I transferred is sitting in my Rabo account as well as my BOI account for nearly two weeks.

Can anyone shed any light as to what may have happened?
 
Obviously another mistake by the BOI to add to the many that they have made over the years, only this time it is to your benefit. Obviously the money is not yours so you cannot just pocket it but I would suggest transferring it into the highest yielding account in BOI until they realise their mistake and look for you to return it, which you should do IMMEDIATELY when requested.

You must be confusing me with someone else, I couldn't even locate Venezuela on a map, let alone contemplate investing in property there. lol
