Moved into private rented with father. Am I entitled to Jobseekers?

I haved just moved into private rented accomedation with my father and stepmum, who arent in a position to support me. Would I recieve full Jobseekers Allowence (204.30)? (I'm 36, and have to pay my share of the rent, e90.00, and bills and food).

If you are unemployed, available for and seeking full-time work, then you can apply for Jobseekers payments.

As you are over 25, you would not be means-tested on your father & stepmum's income, so the jobseeker's allowance means test would be based on your own circumstances (savings, property, etc).
 
gipimann, thanks for the reply. What I found out from citizens advice after posting that question was exactly what you said. You know your stuff, thanks man.
