Just like to say thanks to the some of the people on AAM who have answered my queries about the purchasing of my first home.Thankfully we have moved in over a week now and the house is already shaping up.I have found this site excellent in answering questions or queries which have popped up over the course of the conveyancing process.

We had our snagging report done today and are hopeful to eomplete within a month .....

Its nice to read someone excited about their new house what with all the doom and gloom we are currently reading about the housing market.

Thanks all again and it is a very exciting and ever changing time,so much to do,so little time.

About the house warming,ill ask my girlfriend if the good people on AAM can all come :)
