Moved gas boiler and now keeps "locking out"

My husband has just moved the oil tank which was sited against the back wall of the house. (We recently moved to an old farmhouse). On turning the gas boiler back on it keeps "locking out". It is a Gem Superior 95. Oil is going through the pipe. Can anyone tell me why it keeps locking out, and what he needs to do

sounds like an air lock, should be a nut on the burner whereby you can bleed it till oil comes out and this should sort the air lock. Someone more technical than me might be able to specifically tell you where it is.
