Live in new Lucan, but in a 11 year old house. It's dropped 20k in value since last June.
Had been on the verge of moving to the Drimnagh/Walkinstown area at that point to be nearer city.
Thing is with the market "adjusting" would it be better to hang on in Lucan, or would it be best to get out sooner?
I've thought over and over about the choice and I just don't know what's financially the worse option........
