Hi all,

Has anybody else bought in this development? Wondering what other peoples experience have been and what their expectations are?

Looked into bulgaria for investment purposes. i know somebody who invested there will check out if it is the same site. Have you purchased or at deposit stage? I know that they got caught for some extras!! so will come back to you if same area

I've put money down on them, its at an advanced stage! Any info would be appreciated, thanks fago

If you want to use it for yourself, and you don't care that you paid too much, its fine. But as investment? You can't use that word to describe it.

As for the furniture, (otherwise "do you want fries with that?"), it will be at a crazy price if other "fast food" operations are anything to go by. If you want it for own use, go out and buy the few bits yourself, it will save you the price of a couple of trips.

Maybe I should ask Frank McNamara (PD candidate) where "Mountain Paradise by the Walnut Trees, Bansko" is? It sounds a bit like a Gilbert and Sullivan Musical.

Where in the world is "Mountain Paradise by the walnut trees, Bansko"?
Mountain Paradise by the Walnut Trees is located in the beautiful ski resort of Bansko in the south western part of Bulgaria. It is located next to the ski gondala. http://www.mountain-paradise.com/ is the website

auto320

The apartments come fully furnished auto. To what standard that furnishing will be I do not know but judging by the furnishing that came with a newly built Dublin apartment valued at 300k I was in recently, I am not expecting my place in Bulgaria to be fitted out with designer decore.

There is a guaranteed rental of around 6%, however, in this case you are actually paying for it.
I did not go with any guaranteed rental scheme/scam.
