Mount Talbot @ The Red Cow

Anybody know whats being built on the remainder of the developers land in Mount Talbot? I see the fence has gone up seperating the Governments compulsory purchase land and the builders land....

From what I heard from back last year there was originally planning given
for a 1 storey shop / pub in the old site office space. Then the CPO took a large chunk of that land.

You can see a sort of line and some markings down where the CPO seems to run diagonally across the yard... so hopefully it won't come in completely and leave some space for more green or perhaps a small retail
outlet would be good for those non driver who run our of milk, ciggies etc.

What agent are Mount Talbot apartments with and how much is a 2 bed going for? I've tried searching for them but can't find anything!
