Mount Prospect Drive/Park Area - any anti-social behaviour/

Hi,
I was looking for information on the Mount Propsect Drive/Park areas of Clontarf. The area looks great but the houses border St Annes Park and on walking through the trees/edge of the park that borders the houses, I noticed some beer cans, etc.

I was just wondering if anybody knows of or has heard of any anti-social behaviour in that area of the park? (there are 3 pitches in that part of the park).

Would be gratefull for any replies as after finally getting mortgage approval, wouldn't want to get it wrong.

Very little anti-social activity. How many beer cans did you find? 2? Lovely area very quiet with plenty of elderly people given the age of the houses..

Decided not to go for the property we were thinking of in the end, as there is an ongoing problem with parking but at the time we looked there were around 30 cans, empty bottle of vodka etc along a stretch of about 40 meters or so.
