Hi All,

Have any of you seen Moulin Rouge in Paris?
Is it a show worth seeing?
Its a bit pricey, but not every week I will be in Paris.

Would appreciate comments on the show.
 
I thought it was well worth it. I went last March. I booked online at www.cometoparis.com. They issue you an e-ticket which meant it saved a lot of time queueing etc. Each ticket entitles you to half a bottle of champagne so between two couples we got two bottles of champagne. I've heard the dinner at the early show is awful and not worth it. Also you are kind of cramped for space. Would recommend you eat elsewhere first and book the late show at 11pm. It was a wonderful experience and we all thought the show was well worth it. There were a variety of acts including a ventriliquist (sp?) who was hillarious. Can be difficult to get a taxi afterwards. Agree a price before getting in!
 
Saw it a few years ago - wasn't my kind of thing, but the missus enjoyed it. If you like that kind of show, they do it reasonably well.
 
Rainyday: sounds like you could treat :rolleyes: your better half to stringfellows new club and claim she might enjoy it but that you would suffer it on her behalf. ;)
