Motor tax - online payment issues

Is anyone having a problem paying for motor tax online?
Both my credit and debit cards are being declined.
AIB says its the vendor with SCA not in place,
Motor tax office says its bank's problem.

Paid yesterday with AIB CC, no problems.

Online Motor Tax are aware that some customers are experiencing difficulties completing their payments for various reasons. These problems can only be resolved by your Bank.

Please ask your Bank to confirm if your card is set up correctly for Online purchasing and if you have the correct mobile phone and email registered on your card

I tried to renew online on Sunday and my transaction was declined think it said "Error Processing Transaction"
But went on Monday morning and tried again and it worked with my PTSB debt card

Used Visa c.c. the other day no problem. Did the approval through the AIB app.

VIAS Debit Card in November through AIB app, it took me a few attempts to get the transaction to "stick". First sign of troubles ever.
