Where would you consider the most bohemian/arty place to live in Ireland?

Co. Clare, I reckon. Whenever I went there, there were lots of arty types and musicians.

I don't think so, you could end up in an unemployment black spot which is very conservative and far from bohemian.

Better to look at referendum returns by DED. Pockets of Dublin or Wicklow would be libera and progressive, but affluent.
