Most appealing banking account (fees)

Based on your experience, what's the best bank to open a business banking account in regards to annual fees, extra fees, advantages, etc?

I've found Ulster Bank very good in terms of fees. Their bank account opening process is also streamlined - you apply online, they contact and you pop into your local Ulster Bank branch to sign documents. As regards advantages I can't really comment as i have a straightforward business and don't need any merchant payments etc.

AIB, BoI and UB all offer a business startup current account where they waive fees for the first 2 years (with some exceptions).
