I've been a full time student while working part and full time for the last 4 years. Im graduating in may 2006 and going into a full-time position straight away with the salary of 23000-25000 euro a year. The question is: how soon will i be able to get mortgage and for what amount?

what are you planning to spend on the house ?
 
Based on €25,000 plus room rental, no loans and a 40 year term you'd qualify for around €165,000 as a 92% mortgage on current criteria. Whereabouts are you based?

i was looking at 255000 euro for the new house first time buyer
 
i am based in Dublin, but have been looking at the houses in Kildare (Monasterevin, Castledermot, Prosperous, Newbridge)
