I'm aware that most banks have special rules on 1 bed apartments (75% LTV, usually). Do the same rules apply to 1 bed houses? They're far rarer than 1 bed apartments, of course, but do show up occasionally (apparently usually small 2 beds converted into 1 bed with large living space).
