I have two questions. My mortgage on my home is now owned by a fund. I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with these funds in relation to early settlement and has any idea of how much they might consider accepting for early settlement? Secondly I am considering renting out my home and moving in with family. I am worried that the fund might decide to raise the interest rate on my mortgage to an investor mortgage and was wondering if anyone has any experience of this happening.
