AIB Mortgage refunded

I got €1,615 in March 2018.
Mortgage refunded €21k 07/07/2020 (paid off the mortage)
I expect a further €8k to €10k by way of cheque in August

Could you explain a bit more please.

Are you saying that they have already sent you a cheque because you had already paid off your mortgage some time ago?
