Hi, Having a few problems receiving the redemption figure on a mortgage. My solicitor has been requesting the data since mid April so that we can clear the mortgage. On several occasions they have advised that the data is not on their system and they keep asking the request to be resent. Is this common practice -this delay? Anyone else had similiar problems or advice how to quicken up the process?Thanks
