mortgage rate

hi there
have a commercial variable rate mortgage which is fluctuating alot between 5.3 as high as 6.15%. anyone know where i could get a fixed or tracker rate at the low end of this scale.

commercial rates have gone up a lot in the recent past, doubt you will get a fixed rate at the low end of the scale, if you got one at around 5.8% you would be doing well. A lot of commercial rates are now around the 6% mark (cost of funds plus about 1.5%)

Hello

I also have a commercial mortgage. Even worse I have a tenant who cannot pay the rent.
I am paying 4.45 plus 1.75 margin.
I think it might be time to fix.
Would welcome comments.
