Just looking for some advice in realtion to mortgage rates if possibile.
LTV on house is 42%-first mortgage- from looking at the rates the variable rate will be 3% or so depending on the bank and the 5 year fixed rates are best with PTSB/National Irish with this LTV
can anyone offer advice which they would choose? Could the rate be lowered as LTV < 50%?
any advice or pointers greatly appreciated.thanks again!!
