Mortgage providers for pension trust

My understanding is that it's difficult to secure borrowings at the sub-€2m level, and that BOI look at deals at or above that level. Which with a €2m/€2.15m fund threshold makes for pretty limited business.
 
Yep, Bank of Ireland are the only lenders in this space. They only lend for commercial properties with strong tenants.

Banks really don't want to get into this market again. Will the loans non-recourse, they really left themselves exposed last time. If they do in the future, I would expect the interest rates to be quite high.
