Was lucky enough to pay off my mortgage a few years early a couple of months back.
The mortgage company has sent me two register parcels.
Parcel 1 - Deeds to the house.
Parcel 2 - Mortgage Deed which has been sealed.
The covering letter says this mortgage deed should be "lodged to the property registration authority to note the banks satisfaction thereon".
Can anyone advise on this. Is this something a solicitor needs to do or is there somewhere I can drop into do it? I am based in Dublin.
TIA.
