Mortgage is just going through AIN

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can help explain what AIN is or means? Here's the context. I am working with a broker to get a mortgage and earlier he told me that all is looking good at the minute and my application is just going through AIN and I should have an offer shortly.

I have no idea what AIN stands for and was just wondering if anyone knows, tried calling the office but I'd say it muust be closed for the day.

Well, I know AIP is Approval In Principle (ie subject to production of backing up documentation etc), but I've never heard of AIN, sorry
