Mortgage Interest Relief

Hi all

We're about to take out a new mortgage and somebody has mentioned to me that we should look into applying for Mortgage Interest Relief since this is about to change at the end of the year (?) Could anybody advise me a little on this please?

@ shigllgetcha - no, second mortgage. Clearing the first one completely before drawing down the second one.
